HOW WE ARE PAID

In most transactions, we are paid like traditional agents.  That is, we are paid at closing out of the commission that the seller, in his/her listing agreement, has agreed to pay to the selling agency.

In cases of unlisted property (for sale by owner for instance), we seek compensation from the seller.
